Civil Rights- Title VI

The Stockton Metropolitan Airport is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in providing access to public services, programs, and activities. Tile VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statues assures that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, creed, disability, or age, be excluded from be excluded participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity that receiving federal financial assistance. Title VI also prohibits retaliation for asserting or otherwise participating in claims of discrimination.

If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination, you may file a complaint with the Stockton Metropolitan Airport Title VI Program Coordinator or the Federal Aviation Administration Office of Civil Rights within 180 days of the alleged discrimination.
